Your tasks:

-Coordination and preparatory work from customer inquiries, offer and concept creation to detailed discussions and event implementation on site

-Professional and individual (and sometimes self-responsible) organization, conception and planning of events, events, conferences throughout Germany

-Creation of presentations

-Personal and charming contact person for customers

Your profile:

-Completed training (e.g. as an event manager) or studies with a focus on event management/marketing

-Several years of experience in the event sector

-A friendly and confident demeanour towards colleagues and customers

-Independent and careful way of working, organisational skills and hands-on mentality

-Confident handling of all standard MS Office programs

-Fluent knowledge of spoken and written German and English

-Class B driving license and driving experience
